Crime Watch - Community Forum

There will be a Crime Watch Community Forum on
Wed. May 28th at 7:00 PM in the Holly Hills High School Media Center. You can find more information in the flyer linked below. While there is an Oakridge Homeowners Meeting at the same time, maybe you can split attendance so someone in your household can attend each meeting.

The Florida Department of Transportation with be resurfacing and upgrading Griffin Rd. from SR-7 to US-1 starting January 7, 2008. FDOT and The DeMoya Group requests that if you have any questions concerning what is happening to call them at 954-797-0413 or visit the Project Field Office as stated on the flyer linked below.
It has been advised in the flyer that the following will be happening:
Upgrade existing traffic signals
New street light fixtures
New sidewalk at ADA curb ramps
New bicycle lane
New signs
New smoother pavement
Minor changes in median openings at SW 33rd Ave & SW 27th Ave
EXPECT SINGLE LANE CLOSURES IN EACH DIRECTION WITH PERIODIC DUAL LANE CLOSURES. WORK WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE SUMMER OF 2008.
This project has not been contracted with Oakridge, DCI Association Services and/or the Oakridge Hollywood Oaks Master Association and these parties have no affiliation or knowledge of any of this work other than what is being passed on to the residents.
